Literature Text
I'd shatter and swallow every shard
of every glass vial in the world,
even if they were filled.
Yes, I'd swallow acid for you.
I'd peel back every layer of my soul,
and bare to you my rawest, radioactive self
if it meant you would love me.
It's too bad you've already decayed.
of every glass vial in the world,
even if they were filled.
Yes, I'd swallow acid for you.
I'd peel back every layer of my soul,
and bare to you my rawest, radioactive self
if it meant you would love me.
It's too bad you've already decayed.

Dissonance
You play me
like a harp,
but you see I am
ever so slightly
out of tune.
The note you hear
is nothing more
than subtle discord.

Literature
Strum My Soul
You don't know what your words mean to me,
Coming from your lips they gently strum my soul,
Make it bathe in graceful serenity and pure ecstasy,
You take my soul to heights it has never reached before.
Nonetheless, my dear, you are there and I am here,
It is cold and snowy there and warm and barren here,
You watch the sunset there when I watch the sunrise here,
Yet I go to sleep every night thinking of your silky smooth skin.
Literature
because i love you
because i love you) i want to learn
your ins and outs and the spaces
-inbetween-
the Morse code of caffeinated palpitations
of your heartbeat against your (ribcage)
the dreams you forget in the morning
the thoughts you think when you see
you&me standing in the mirror [framed
like a parallel universe picture]
whether or not you believe in a soul
ten thousand ways to make a smile
crack across your face

Oddly enough I was doing geometry when it came to me.
I'm not sure if I should lengthen it or not.

I think it's more about chemistry (acids and radioactive decay, I mean) than physics, but this is a pretty neat little poem.
